An innovative campaign from Coca Cola Australia started last year under the name “Share a Coke” where people could find Coke bottles with 150 different names on them. This marketing campaign once again enhances people to share and surprise their friends with a special Coke with their name on the bottle.
As Lucie Austin, marketing director of Coca-Cola South Pacific says: “We are using the power of the first name in a playful and social way to remind people of those in their lives they may have lost touch with or have yet to connect with. We’ve put names on Coca-Cola bottles so consumers will have fun finding their friends and family members’ names and then enjoy sharing a Coke together.”
